Resources

The nature and size of your event will dictate the resources we recommend you have at the event.

Some of the options are listed in more detail below.

For smaller low key events, it may be that a small team of two medics equipped with the essentials will suffice for your needs.

But for larger events we have the below resources to help your event run as safely as possible.

We can offer a number of vehicle solutions for your event.

We have our front line A&E ambulances. These are fully equipped with everything you'd expect in an emergency ambulance, such as;

  • Patient handling equipment

  • Cardiac monitoring

  • Resuscitation equipment and defibrillator

  • Airway management equipment

  • Diagnostic tools

  • Splinting and immobilisation

  • Medical oxygen and analgesia

  • Burns kit

  • Infection prevention/control equipment

To support our ambulances, we also have our 4x4 response car.

This is designed to get medical staff across a site for a fast response to an incident.

Its equipment includes

  • Cardiac monitoring

  • Resuscitation equipment and defibrillator

  • Airway management equipment

  • Diagnostic tools

  • Medical oxygen and analgesia

As well as our response car, we also have our Landrover Discovery. This is primarily used as a more versatile 4x4 response vehicle but we can also use it to extricate casualties from remote off road areas.

Its equipment includes

  • Cardiac monitoring

  • Resuscitation equipment and defibrillator

  • Airway management equipment

  • Diagnostic tools

  • Medical oxygen and analgesia

  • Patient handling equipment

Our base of operations at most of our events is our 5x5 metre Medical tent.

Depending on the size of your event, we also provide additional structures for larger events.

Typically the medical tent houses;

  • Two treatment beds with;
    • Full resuscitation equipment.
    • Cardiac monitoring

    • Resuscitation equipment and defibrillator

    • Airway management equipment

    • Diagnostic tools

    • Medical oxygen and analgesia

  • A minor injury area
  • Command and control desks

During the pre-planning stage of the event we will discuss with you ideal locations for medical facilities on the event footprint
